• You place an order with your supplier for jewellery items
• Your supplier sends your items via cargo on a nominated airline from overseas
• Your supplier faxes us the paperwork (Commercial Invoice/s together with the airline documents), we liaise with the
  airline to check the arrival date and time. 
• Platinum Freight™ pre clears the cargo and advises you
  of the duties, GST, airline charges and arrival date. 
• We collect the jewellery from the safe at the airline and deliver to you or you can collect the jewellery from our  office or you can collect the customs clearance paperwork from our office and then collect the jewellery from the
  airline yourself.
