In order for us to customs clear your parcel post shipment which is being held at the international mail centre, we require the following paperwork from you

In order for us to customs clear your parcel post shipment which is being held at the international mail centre, we require the following paperwork from you :

• Commercial invoice/s.
• The front side of the parcel post card. 
• A completed letter of authority (click to download)

After we clear your parcel post shipment, Australian Customs will advise Australia Post that they may release the parcel from their facility. Your package will then be delivered to the address on the parcel post card or to your nearest postal facility in your suburb / town.
