Sea Freight Customs Clearance (FCL)

Full container load (FCL)

In order for us to customs clear your sea freight FCL shipment which is being held at the port, we require the following paperwork from you :

• Commercial invoice/s.
• Packing list/s (if any).  
• Any certificate/s of origin that may be applicable.
• A legible copy of the bill of lading or ocean bill of lading.  We will require the First Original  to be endorsed with your printed name, signature, date and company stamp on the reverse side and then to be posted to our office. This bill of lading should be available from your supplier.  
• A fumigation certificate which should be presented to us for any wooden packing   or   items that have been shipped.  
• A completed FCL packing declaration (click to download). 

PLEASE NOTE: If the shipment contains personal effects then the following also needs to be forwarded to our office:

• Every page of your passport to be faxed or mailed to us (even the blank pages).
• A fully completed Personal Effects form (click to download).
