Platinum Freight Loyalty Rewards Scheme

The World Customs Organization defines a precious metal into three categories, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Platinum Freight over the years has established varying relationships with it’s customers and as a way of recognising and rewarding the tenure and level of commitment that it receives from it’s customers we have introduced three levels of partnership (all with benefits):

 

Silver

In a calendar year, if you transact on five [5] occassions, whether that be in exporting or importing, you will receive $250 worth of benefits which could include a gift card of your choice or a return flight within Australia.*

*to the value of $250 AUD

GOLD

In a calendar year, if you transact on ten [10] occassions, whether that be in exporting or importing, you will receive $500 worth of benefits which could include a gift card of your choice or payment of your renewal membership to the Qantas Club lounge or the Virgin Australia lounge or even a return flight within Australia.*

In addition to these benefits you will also receive free tariff advices for your products, which protect you for five [5] years with the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service.†

Platinum

In a calendar year, if you transact on twenty [20] occassions, whether that be in exporting or importing, you will receive $1000 worth of benefits which could include a gift card of your choice or payment of your renewal membership to the Qantas Club lounge or the Virgin Australia lounge or a return flight within Australia* or even payment of your trade show, insurance or telephone fees totalling $1000 AUD.

  • a dedicated after hours telephone number which is available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week
  • free tariff advices which will protect your imports for five [5] years with the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service†
  • free delivery order collection from the shipping lines [normally costing $35 per shipment]
