Air Freight Customs Clearance

In order for us to customs clear your airfreight shipment which is about to arrive in Australia, we require the following paperwork from you :

  •  Commercial invoice/s.
  • Any certificate/s of origin or Free Trade Agreement (FTA) statements that may be applicable.
  • A legible copy of the air waybill.
  • A fumigation certificate which should be presented to us for any wooden items that have been shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: If the shipment contains personal effects then the following also needs to be forwarded to our office:

  • Every page of your passport to be faxed or mailed to us (even the blank pages).
  • A fully completed Personal Effects form (click to download).
